Description
Rolling fields, forests with large, old trees and winding country roads: Twente is a beautiful area to explore by bike. This route takes you along the south of Enschede and the beautiful nature that comes with it. You cycle towards the Witte Veen nature reserve, which is close to the German border. Here you can enjoy versatile nature with peat, heath, forest and water. You also cycle through Het Rutbeek recreational park. A nice route if you want to explore the area in an hour and a half.
