On the outskirts of Oosterhout you will find several sights worth seeing, such as the OLV Abbey, which is still in use by the Benedictines. Then you cycle further to the Boswachterij Dorst, a forest area that mainly consists of pine trees that were planted in the early 19th century. A little further on you will pass the Spinolaschans, a defense structure on the River Mark that was used until 1952. In Made you can take a look at the Hoop Doet Leven mill. This is located on a high mill hill and has great landscape value. The round stone mill was built in 1867 to grind corn.
