Description
At Goerre-Overflakkee you can enjoy the versatile nature. You will also pass through Ouddorp and Dirksland, two nice towns.
East dunes
Then you drive to A-Seal, a nice stop where you can see how seals are collected and cared for. You then drive through the Oostduinen, one of the most unique and valuable dune landscapes in the Netherlands. Get a breath of fresh air, so you can clear your head. That's a nice way to charge the battery!
The Schans
In Ouddorp you will still find the atmosphere of the past around the fourteenth-century village church. Just outside the village on the left is the Schans, a former military fort from 1665. You will also drive past the Koudenhoek, an unspoilt nature reserve consisting of meadows and creeks rich in birds. You cycle along the Slikken van Flakkee to the picturesque Dirksland.
