Description
You get on your bike in the charming town of Valkenburg. From here you cycle in the direction of Schimmert, passing the Bokkenheufke. This is a historic farm complex with a mansion from the seventeenth or eighteenth century. A little further on is the next historical attraction: the Overhekermolen. Other nice places to get off your bike are Hoeve Terlinden, the Oude Molen and the Op de Vrouweheide mill. Eventually you will return to Valkenburg. Between Schin op Geul and Valkenburg you can visit the Oud Valkenberg castle garden. You imagine yourself in a fairytale world in this garden. The start and end point of the route is Cycle Center Valkenberg, where you can rent bicycles of all shapes and sizes.
