Cycling route Brunssum, Geleen and Sittard

From the Brunssumerheide you cycle to the Heidserpark. Further on you cycle through the protected village view of Amstenrade, after which you cycle a bit through the Geleenbeekdal. At Clevers IJssalon Einighausen it is time for a break. Here you can enjoy a traditional ice cream and a coffee at your leisure, after which you head for Sittard. The old centre enjoys a protected cityscape, thanks to the many well-preserved monuments you experience a unique historical atmosphere here. In the countryside you cycle through Jabeek and Etzenrade, passing several characteristic square farms. Via Schinveld you cycle to the Schutterspark that was built between 1920 and 1940. The last kilometres you cycle through the forests of the Brunssummerheide. Get off just before junction 35 to climb the viewpoint.
