The walking route starts from the so-called beer fountain on the Markt. You then walk past horticultural companies and through the Schandelsch Broek to the woods of the Zwart Water. On a long, straight road along the border with Germany and meandering along a stream through the tall grass. You will end up passing café Jagersrust (only open on weekends in the autumn and winter period) at the border crossing and go via country roads to the Ravenvennen nature reserve.
