Tour of Ootmarsum, Denekamp and Twentse Bossen

This route starts on the edge of Ootmarsum. Time seems to have stood still a bit in the center. You will see many centuries-old buildings here, which is why it enjoys a protected cityscape. You cross the Almelo-Nordhorn Canal, after which you pass the Singraven Estate, which is located on the Dinkel. Here you will see a seventeenth-century country house and a historic water mill. In Denekamp you can still experience the conviviality of Twente. Here you will see, among other things, the thirteenth-century St. Nicholas Church. You cycle a bit through the Lutterzand, where you cross the Dinkel again. At South American Restaurant Las Banderas it is time for a meal. Past junction 50 you cycle through Achter de Voort, Agelerbroek and Voltherbroek. A nature reserve that is also sometimes referred to as AVAV. You drive back to the TOP via Groot-Agelo.
