Discover Tubbergen in Twente

Your route starts at Camping Dal Van De Mosbeek & Theeschenkerij De Manderie. In the Mosbeek Valley, the natural beauty is still carefully cherished. And rightly so, because this gently rolling landscape looks fairytale-like. On the Mosbeek you will pass two monumental water mills from 1725. The Bels Mill was successively used for the production of paper, chicory and flour. The Mill of Frans served as a flour mill. The visitors center of the Dal van de Mosbeek is located in this building. With the rolling ash trees, hedgerows and bushes, it is wonderful to travel for miles here. You regularly see a characteristic Saxon farm and half-timbered barn. In the village center of Tubbergen you can admire the St. Pancratius Basilica from 1897 with its striking stained glass windows and sixteenth-century tower.
