Tour of Beers, Heumen and Grave

With this route you will discover nice places such as the fortified town of Grave. Take the time for a tasty snack at Het Grote Broertje! You also have plenty of beautiful buildings, nice shops and historical sights to see here. The Graafs Museum is located in the historic Hampoort. In the summer you can enjoy the countless boats on the Maas, in the winter it is a nice place to warm up in one of the cozy cafes. On the edge of the village of Beers you will see the De Hoop mill (rump/remains). In 1850, De Hoop was built as a windmill with a beautiful scaffolding. It was used as a bark mill for tanneries in Cuijk. Later the function was changed and the mill ground grain.
