The mysterious fens of the Malpie

Your cycling route starts at Domain De Kleine Witrijt, after an overnight stay or just a cup of coffee. You cycle to De Malpie via Bergeijk. Here the water wells up from the ground to form mysterious fens. The Venbergsemolen fell into disrepair and was extensively restored in 1895 and 1977. The mill runs regularly in the summer, but it no longer really grinds.
