Tour of Hengelo, Bentelo and Beckum

Your route starts at Hotel Restaurant Wapen Van Delden. This route takes you through the park-like landscape around Hengelo and Oldenzaal. Trees rise high along the cycle paths and the hills give the landscape an extra dimension. A beautiful and challenging environment to discover by bike. Where the buildings of Enschede end, there is a particularly varied landscape. You drive through the city and along the green lungs around Enschede. Along the way you will be surprised by crafts, art, culture and regional products. This way you pass Hof Espelo where there is a visitor center. Bentelo is beautifully situated in the middle of the Twente scenic landscape with its hedgerows and heathlands. You will find many nature reserves around Beckum - the Bentelerheide is owned by the Twickel Foundation, known for the estate just above Delden.
