Shooting Museum
You can easily drive to Steyl along the green banks of the Maas. There are several places of interest here, such as the neo-Gothic Sint-Rochuskerk from 1866, which houses the Limburgs Schutterij Museum. You can get a breath of fresh air along the Maas before cycling through Ronkenstein, which enjoys a protected village view due to its eighteenth-century appearance.
Castle Keverberg
From Reuver you cross the Maas with a ferry to Kessel. The Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Geboortekerk from 1460 stands on the river. You can also see the uniquely restored Castle Keverberg, dating from the ninth century: well worth a visit! Baarlo is also a picturesque village where you will squeeze the brakes a few times to enjoy the atmosphere. You can cycle back to Venlo in peace along the green banks of the Maas.
