Waddengoud Foodwalk'Between Den Andel and Warffum\\\'

The route you are now going to walk is the Waddengoud Food walking route of over 6.5 kilometers. A route where you will encounter many wild edible plants from this region. We discuss these, we give culinary tips and sometimes a care tip and even an occasional warning. We also give you a recipe for each wild crop to take home.
In addition, the agricultural crops of grain and potatoes from this region and their history are also discussed. For example, RAS© fries and Brinta have their roots here and we will tell you fun facts about these traditional Dutch products that few people know about! The Wadden Gold poet Gritter was inspired by the grain and potatoes and wrote two poems for the route.
