The area around Den Ham is ideal for exploring by bike due to its very varied landscape and many cycle paths. The center of Den Ham is characterized by the centuries-old Brink with the adjacent village church and 15th century Gothic tower. From here, this unique cycle tour follows the flow of the Linderbeek, via the Zwolle canal and through the hamlet of Egede. In the hamlet of Egede you will pass the De Brummel rest stop. Coffee/tea with a slice of homemade cookie or cake is ready for you. At the place where the Zwolle Canal flows into the river De Regge you will see a fish ladder, which allows fish to pass the weir upstream. From here you cycle along the beautiful cycle path along the Regge. At this location the old meandering course of the river has largely been restored. Along the foot of the Lemelerberg the tour takes you towards"Steile Oever\\\", here an old side arm of the Regge has eroded the banks into a beautiful piece of nature. The last part of the route takes you through the beautiful nature reserve "Eerder Achterbroek", a unique camp landscape of forest interspersed with old monumental farms. In the middle of the Earlier Achterbroek lies the ice cream farm and organic dairy farm"De Meulenhorst\\\".
