Downward Weather
From Mildershoof you drive along the leafy banks of the canal to Nederweert. In the cozy village center you can still see some beautiful old buildings. In the village you can admire the Sint-Lambertus church with its octagonal spire. Further on you come along the visitors center of the Groote Peel. From here you can walk a bit into the national park.

Sarsven
Around Heibloem you cycle a long way through the almost continuous forests. It is wonderfully quiet cycling here, ideal for a day of relaxation. In the hamlet of Nijken you pass the Sint-Petrus, a beautiful corn mill from 1901. Further on you come through nature reserve Het Sarsven & De Banen. Here you will find a series of willow thickets, dry forests, untouched grasslands and reed collars along the fen. At Mildershoof you can enjoy a refreshment on the terrace.
