Description
You start at the cozy Tea Garden and B&B Onder De Pannen in Lekkerkerk. Here you can enjoy a simple lunch in the garden or a tasty high tea. Then it's time to hop on your bike. Along the way you cycle through the Loetbos, an area between Krimpen aan den IJssel and Schoonhoven. It is a surprisingly beautiful forest, a real attraction for nature lovers. The former polders have been returned to nature. The combination of grassy meadows, the mysterious forest and the meandering river Loet makes it wonderful to cycle through. There are benches here and there where you have a view of the water. Along the way you cycle through the quiet polders of the Krimpenerwaard.
