The bike tour starts in the heart of Waterloo, in the city centre. Start with a visit to the historic Wellington Museum, an impressive museum about the Battle of Waterloo. Cycle between the trees of the beech forest of Soignes and breathe in the fresh air. See the beautiful Château de Terhulpen and visit the Folon Foundation, with works by artist Jean-Michel FOLON. Enjoy the Walloon landscapes near Lasne. Then, to retrace the events of the Battle of Waterloo,
at Waterloo to relive on the original battlefield of 18 June 1815, at the foot of the Lion's Mound at the Memorial 1815. Enjoy the view from the top of the 40-metre high hill with the famous lion, which still 'roars' towards France. End the route with a Walloon
cheese and a local craft beer in the cozy streets of Braine-l'Alleud.
