Children's route Loonse and Drunense Duinen by bike

This children's cycle route starts with a cup of coffee at Pancake restaurant De Finance. De Loonse & Drunense Duinen National Park is an oasis of peace between a number of large Brabant cities. The 3500-hectare area is also called the Brabant Sahara: nowhere in Europe are living drifting sands found on such a large scale. Yet this national park consists of more than sand. You drive through dense deciduous and coniferous forests, fresh stream valleys and heaths that turn a beautiful purple in August. If you cycle on the Eftelingsestraat, it is not difficult to guess where the amusement park sounds come from. You cycle back to your starting point through the woods near De Moer, via the lovely village of Loon op Zand. Who's in the mood for pancakes?
