Around Domburg, Vrouwenpolder and Veere

After an overnight stay or just a cup of coffee at Boutique Hotel Charley\\\'s you get on your bike. Your route starts in the nice Westkapelle. Soon you can stroll around in Domburg to taste the grandeur of a historic seaside resort. A little further on you cycle past Kasteel Westhove. The history of this building goes back to the Middle Ages. The Terra Maris museum is located in the orangery. You can enjoy a beautiful panorama from the recreated motte-and-bailey castle. Further on, take some time for the fortified town of Veere. You will find numerous monuments, such as the imposing Grote Kerk from 1348. The town hall with its beautiful facade dates from the fifteenth century. Straight through rural Zeeland you drive back to the Westkapelse Kreek, which was created after the Allied bombing in WWII.
