Put on your walking shoes and explore the surroundings of Bergen aan Zee and the Schoorlse Duinen! This route consists of two parts. In the first part you walk on the beach and through the Schoorlse Duinen. This is the highest dune area in the Netherlands in the head of North Holland with plenty of room to get a breath of fresh air. Delicious! Along the way you can take a rest at De Duinerij, a restaurant at the top of the beach in Bergen aan Zee. Here you can relax while enjoying a snack and a drink. Then you walk through Bergen aan Zee, which is also called the Ibiza on the North Sea. Many people come here for the beach: it is a wonderful holiday destination all year round.
