From Rijswijk you cycle to the coast, in the direction of Monster. At Monster and Ter Heijde you cycle through the dunes, it is beautiful here! You cycle back to Rijswijk via Naaldwijk and Wateringen. On the way you will pass De Zeven Gaten, a piece of wetland with many birds.
