South Limburg is a wonderful area for cycling. After you have parked your car in the parking lot in Klimmen, you get on your bike to start the route. Klimmen is located between the urban area of Heerlen and the tourist area of Valkenburg aan de Geul, which is known for its beautiful nature and historic castles. Halfway through you can take a rest at Brasserie Amuseer in Wijlre. Enjoy the delicious meals served here or enjoy a delicious specialty beer on the cozy terrace. On the way you will pass Taverne't Koetshoes, get off to take a look. Enjoy the tranquility of South Limburg and the beautiful hilly landscape of Limburg.
