Lighthouse route on the beach of Scheveningen

Getting a breath of fresh air on the beach of Scheveningen is wonderful. Looking out at the dunes and the North Sea while the wind blows in your hair and you feel the sand under your feet. The starting point of the route is Visrestaurant De Dagvisser, a delicious fish restaurant in the harbor of Scheveningen. You can enjoy freshly caught fish here after your walk. This route takes you to two lighthouses: Lighthouse Noorderhoofd and the Scheveningen Lighthouse. The Scheveningen Lighthouse is iconic red and has the status of a national monument. The tower is located at the end of the boulevard close to the Scheveningen harbor and fish auction. After admiring the lighthouse, it is time to continue walking. The last part of the route you walk on the beach, enjoy a breath of fresh air!
