Tour of Dobbeplas, Zoetermeer and Delft

Your cycling route starts with a cup of coffee at the cozy Grand Café 1837, in the middle of Nootdorp. Then you get on your bike. This route introduces you to the varied nature between Zoetermeer and Delft. For example, in Zoetermeer you can discover the Westerpark, a recreational area that was built around 1980. Here you will find a mix of water features, forests and grasslands. Just like in the Dobbeplas, another natural gem on your route. In the Bieslandse Bos you will find a variety of swamp forests and fields where Galloway cattle and Icelandic horses graze. In between you will pass through the Delftse Hout city park, where the Grote Plas is located. In the Balijbos you see many beech, ash and alder trees. In part of this area, nature is allowed to take its own course.
