Cycling through South Limburg is an experience in itself. The views are always beautiful, whether you drive through the Geuldal or look around from a hilltop. Even in hamlets such as Bommerig, Camerig and Eperheide you can see monumental half-timbered houses from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.

Mergelkerk
Mheer was once declared one of the ten most beautiful villages in the Netherlands. And not without reason. For example, you will see the seventeenth-century St. Lambertus Church. Behind this stands the fourteenth-century Mheer Castle. Noorbeek and Wesch enjoy a protected village view, partly because of the Brigida source and the centuries-old St. Brigida Church, which is largely built in marl.
