E-bike route through the polders near Delft

You cycle to beautiful Delft. In this ancient city it is nice to soak up the rich cultural history. Cycling further you will first pass through the Abtwoudse Bos, then the natural beauty of the Broekpolder recreational area awaits you. In the Alkeetbuitenpolder, the water level in the polder has been raised, so that the bottom remains soft enough for godwits and redshanks to get their food from the ground with their beaks. You cycle through Maasland, another beautiful old town. You drive back via the old center of Naaldwijk. Get off at one of the information signs at the Calamity Storage Woudse polder before you continue cycling past't Woud, a tiny village between Westland and Midden-Delfland.
