From Bathmen you can experience a beautiful walking day with plenty of variety. First you walk a long way along the banks of the Schipbeek, a side stream of the IJssel. While the wind rustles through the foliage, grass and reeds, you enjoy the rural tranquility. An ideal way to relax. In Colmschate it is time for a break at Tapperij/Eethuis't Hof van Colmschate. You then walk along an unpaved path along which there are some beautiful old farms.
