Description
Camping Monte Bello is your starting point for today. It is beautifully situated in the green area between Markelo and Goor. There are a number of beautiful buildings in cozy Goor, such as the Hofkerk from 1600. Near Lochem you will discover a picturesque, idyllic landscape: De Graafschap National Landscape. It is a beautiful small-scale area that is characterized by its fairytale views. The scenic landscape also has many estates and castles that are typical of the area. The history of Huis Ampsen dates back to 1105. The first castle and both houses on the estate were destroyed by the Spanish in 1605. It is also nice to take a break in the pleasant Markelo and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. You will see characteristic farms, and the Martinus Church from 1840 is also a sight to see.
