Soon after the starting point you can stop for coffee and cake at Theetuin Timboektoe. From Coevorden you make a varied tour through Germany, Overijssel and Drenthe. First you drive to Laar, a village in Germany. Here you cross the Vecht, after which you head for Hardenberg. At the Stephanuspark you pass the striking yellow-blue town hall, further on you pass the Hoftekerk from 1890. Just outside the city you cycle through the Rheezermaten, a nature reserve with flowery grasslands. Rheeze is one of the most beautiful brink villages in Overijssel. You see centuries-old Saxon farms surrounded by meadows and stately old trees. You cycle back to Coevorden through a mix of forest and agricultural land, you also visit some nice villages. The route ends at Hotel Restaurant Talens.
