From here you will discover the Kranenburg Vineyard, a small-scale vineyard of 1.5 hectares. In the summer period you can discover how organic wines are produced here. De Wildenborch Castle is the next highlight you will cycle past. The first mention of the house dates from 1372. The castle was strategically located in the middle of swamps, making it an ideal shelter after raids. The estate, with an area of approximately 300 hectares, is freely accessible. Then you pass House Medler. It is first mentioned in 1483, but was certainly built before 1443. The building was probably destroyed during the Eighty Years' War, because the current house is a reconstruction from 1800.
