You get on your bike in Haps. This Brabant village is located in the middle of the Land van Cuijk. After about ten kilometers you arrive in Cuijk. The area around the village was already inhabited hundreds of years before the beginning of the era. A settlement from about 700 BC has been found in the Kampse Veld. Along the banks of the Maas you continue your journey towards Grave. Just outside the village you pass Bronkhorst castle. It is unknown when exactly this castle was built. In any case, its history goes back to 1360. You now continue your route in a south-easterly direction back to your starting point. End your day in Haps with a delicious ice cream at IJs & Spijs!
