If you like water, you must have cycled this route at least once. Explore the banks of the Lek and cross the river by ferry. Unpack your picnic basket at junction 62 or 4, in Streefkerk or Schoonhoven, or when you have crossed the Lek on the Lekdijk West. The region is known for the mills on the Kinderdijk, but a mill that is no less than these mill runs is in Streefkerk. During the route you will pass the mill from 1893, which has the romantic name De Liefde. The mill is also called'In Liefde Draaiende\\\' and was previously called'De Hoop\\\'.
