Description
From Garderen you can drive straight into the forests of the Veluwe. You also pass through the Gelderse Vallei: you drive through Voorthuizen and the Appelse Heide. First you drive through the Boeschoter Bos. Just relax your legs, while you immediately experience how wonderfully peaceful it is on the Veluwe. After a while the landscape opens up and you drive through the Gelderse Vallei. Here too it is nice to travel for miles along old farms and flowery meadows. The Appelse Heide offers you a glimpse of what the landscape here once was: rugged. You drive through forests and along remnants of heathland. Further on you will pass Brasserie Schovenhorst. Stop off to enjoy a delicious meal here. In the Sprielderbos you cycle between old deciduous and coniferous trees. Take a deep breath and enjoy the fresh air.
