Varied flora and fauna
The varied nature in the Hoge Veluwe ensures that many different animals and plants live here. Wild boars live in this area and you will also find deer and otters. The starting point of the route is in Otterlo and from here you take a tour through part of the De Hoge Veluwe National Park. Wijnhoeve De Veluwe
A little outside Otterlo you cycle past Wijnhoeve De Veluwe. This organic vineyard was started in 2003 with the planting of 500 grape vines. Today the vineyard is one and a half hectares in size. Both white and red wine are made here from the Regent, Salome, Rondo, Seyval-Blanc, Johanniter and Solares grape varieties. Take a look at this vineyard and imagine yourself in a foreign atmosphere.
