Cycling around the Utrechtse Heuvelrug

Your route starts at Café & Terrace Beauforthuis, a wonderful place in the woods to drink coffee and have lunch. In the heart of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug are forestry Austerlitz and the Leusderheide. During this route you will get to know this beautiful area. It is extremely varied: vast moors and open sandy plains alternate with the deciduous and coniferous forests for which the area is known. Then you arrive at the city of Zeist, where you will see Slot Zeist. The beautiful castle was built in the seventeenth century. Take a look at this imposing structure via the stately driveway! Also worth seeing is the Ten Treek estate. On this estate there is a coach house with staff house, a gardener's house, farm'De Ossenstal\\\' and a picturesque hunting lodge.
