Reformed Church
You cycle via Nieuwolda and the village of Wagenborgen to the small church village of Nieuw Scheemda. If you want to visit the Dutch Reformed Church in this hamlet, you can stop by the key addresses. The Dutch Reformed Church has a facade with glazed bricks. The entire interior is authentic. Against the east wall is a pulpit and next to it hangs a whip to chase dogs out of the church.
Winschoter mills
Molen Berg is a smock mill that was built in 1854 in Winschoten. It is a corn and hulling mill, where a hippie-like youth center was located in the 1970s:'Stone Free\\\'. Molen Dijkstra is a smock mill from the same period. It is the largest of the three impressive Winschoten mills. Molen Edens is the third and last of the three Winschoten mills and dates from 1763. Due to various renovations, the mill has acquired a remarkable appearance.
