Tour through the woods around Breda

Further on you will pass Bouvigne Castle, a centuries-old hunting lodge. You cycle via the tranquil Markdal to the Ulvenhoutse Bos. You pass beech trees and sessile oaks on the left and right. Your tour takes you through Ulvenhout. A few kilometers outside the village you cycle past beautiful sights such as Koetshuis Anneville. After this stately villa, the tour continues for miles through the forests, meadows and fields south of Breda. Via the Chaamse Bossen and Galder you arrive in the Mastbos. In the sixteenth century, this forest supplied wood to the nobility of Breda. The Aa or Weerijs leads you to Breda. Then you cycle straight through the city, past the Grote Kerk, Breda Castle and the Beguinage.
