Description
You have to pedal hard along the sand drifts and over the heathlands to conquer the rolling hills of the Veluwe. But when you drive down and disappear under a roof of needles and leaves, the enjoyment is twice as great. The area is varied and small villages and settlements further enhance the journey. When you get to De Koffietuin, get off for a short break. Climb the high lookout post so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Veluwe. The last sight on the route is the Ruitersmolen, one of the municipal monuments of Apeldoorn.
