Beautiful nature between Lommel and Bergeijk

Your route starts at Landschapscamping Domein THUYSGROND. Vast forests and babbling streams await you in Grenspark De Kempen. In the vast forests surrounding the Belgian Postel, civilization seems far away. The monks still run a centuries-old abbey in Postel. Near junction 74 you can get off at the 37 meter high Sas4 tower, where you have a beautiful view of the intersection of two canals: the Bocholt-Herentals and Schoten-Kwaadmechelen canals. You cycle straight through nature to De Grote and Kleine Cirkel on the Peelsche Heide near Reusel. In the 1930s, the street plan of the Champs Elysees and the Place de la Concorde was created in a part of the heath. The circles were nice orientation points for pilots in World War II.
