Description

From Zuidlaren you can stretch your leg muscles in a landscape of small-scale forest and agricultural land. You cycle through Noordlaren, where you pass the late medieval Bartholomew's Church. You then drive through the Oost- and Onnerpolder, a vast stream valley landscape west of the Zuidlaardermeer. From the lookout tower you have a beautiful panorama of this area. In this characteristically elongated reclamation village, you can still taste the atmosphere of yesteryear thanks to the old buildings. From junction 49 you cross the Hunzedal and in Annen you cycle along the largest grass green in Europe. Further on is Hunebed D09. The last part of the route you drive through the Drentsche Aa National Landscape to Camping De Vledders.
