Description
Your route starts at Restaurant-brasserie De Coockpit. From here you can dive straight into nature when you cycle through the Weerter and Budelerbergen and the Weerterbos. Red deer even live in this last area! You cycle further to Nederweert via the small Hushoven and Laar. The Wilhelmus Hubertus is owned by a visual artist, who had the mill converted into a gallery and home. The gallery is open regularly. In Nederweert there are plenty of opportunities to eat, drink or do some shopping. Be sure to take a look at Limburg Open Air Museum Eynderhoof, where you will feel like you are going back in time. In Nature and Environmental Center De IJzeren Man you will learn more about the special flora and fauna in the Kempen-Broek Border Park that you will cycle through today
