Tour of Middelbeers, Vessem and Neersel

With this relatively short route you can get to know the beautiful Brabant country at your leisure. From Middelbeers you first drive to the almost adjacent Oostelbeers. Here you will see, among other things, the Saint Andrew and Anthony of Padua Tower, a free-standing church tower from 1893. Then you cycle through the woods on the edge of the Oirschotse Heide, and a little later you drive through the Buikheide nature reserve. Vessem is a nice village where you see some beautiful old buildings, such as the Jacobusmolen. This flour mill dates from 1893. You cycle through a mix of agricultural land and coniferous forest to Netersel, one of the Eight Beatitudes. On the way to junction 28 you drive through the forest of the Neterselse Heide. At Lunchroom & IJssalon Meesterlijk you can enjoy a drink and a snack.
