Bicycle route Hilvarenbeek and Diessen

From Thofe Lunch|Dinner|Drinks, you drive straight into the countryside. You cycle along quiet country lanes past grasslands and fields. You cross the border into Belgium, after which you cycle through the beautiful valley of the stream De Aa. Back in the Netherlands, you discover the tranquility in the vast forests of the Gorp en Roovert Estate. In the hamlet of Gorp, you see several fine monumental farmhouses and a magnificent hunting lodge from 1870. Further on, you pass through Hilvarenbeek. At the Vrijthof, you see centuries-old lime trees, stately mansions, and the late Gothic St. Peter's Chains Church, which dates back to the fifteenth century. Just before Diessen, you pass through Annanina's Rust, an estate founded in 1899 by a local notary. He named this area after his Russian mistress, who lived in a small house on the estate.
