A tour around the Bergumermeer

Here you can see, among other things, the medieval St. Peter's Church. In the outlying area you cycle through the Friese Wouden, a real cycling gem. In addition to Twijsel, you will also pass through a few other Frisian villages. Such as through Sumar: the village where the Bintje potato variety was invented in 1905 by crossing two other varieties.
