Hanseatic city of Kampen
Kampen is a beautiful old Hanseatic city on the IJssel. You pass through the part of the city that enjoys a protected cityscape. And not without reason. Here you see the beautiful Cellebroederspoort, which originally dates from 1465. On the Burgwal you will see some monumental buildings. The Broederkerk is a hall church from the fourteenth century. Further on is the Botermarkt, a medieval trading square.

On the other side of the IJssel you drive through Wilsum. Here you can admire the Sint-Lambertus Church from 1050, it is one of the oldest churches in Gelderland. In Zalk you will pass De Valk, a flour mill from 1860. You will also make a refreshing pit stop on the cozy terrace of Restaurant De Oase.
