Tour of dolmens in National Park Drentsche Aa

Your route starts at Farm Camping De Jobinghoeve Grolloo. This beautiful route takes you past four dolmens, such as the surprisingly large and complete Hunebed D14. Around Eext you can experience even more Drenthe cultural history. You drive through the National stream and esdorpen landscape Drentsche Aa. This idyllic landscape has hardly changed in 150 years. Not only the landscape breathes the atmosphere of the past: you also see old Saxon farms, such as in the atmospheric Anderen. In Boswachterij Gieten-Borger, the path leads you through a mix of deciduous and coniferous forests and heaths. The deeper you penetrate into this sea of trees, the quieter it becomes. You will also find the famous Boomkroonpad here. During an educational walk through the treetops you have beautiful views of the beautiful surroundings.
