Kempen~Broek BorderFallen mill route

A beautiful bike ride through the surprisingly varied and idiosyncratic nature of GrensPark Kempenbroek to the left and right of the Border. Along the way you will pass many heritage sites that have played an important role in the history of this Border Region over the years. Such as ancient chapels, mystical smuggling cafés, border posts, centuries-old defenses such as the Bocholter Graves, forts and the many old windmills and watermills, some of which are located in the middle of the Dutch/Belgian border.
