Heide-Biber Tour
This relatively unknown route is especially interesting for nature lovers and peace seekers. The barely 30 km long route is also almost completely flat. The walking tour runs through the southernmost tip of Saxony-Anhalt, northeast of Halle and Leipzig. The route takes you through unspoiled nature, where forests and vast heathlands alternate.
Interesting sights along the way are an old coal burner in the Dübener Heide nature park, the spa parks in Bad Düben - the starting point - and Bad Schmiedeberg - and end point - and the Reinharz water castle.
