Description
It is beautiful to walk around Limburg's Grashoek. This figure-eight takes you through the woods on the Marisberg and through the quiet countryside.
Marisberg
First you walk to the De Marisberg nature reserve. This forest is located at the highest point in the Peel. Here you mainly walk between Scots pines. It is wonderfully quiet here, ideal for a day of relaxation. On the village square of Grashoek you will pass the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church from 1954. The Pioneer Monument is also located here.
Kites
You walk through the fields around Vliegert. Here you will find a series of meadows, fields and small plots of forest. A wonderful area to explore quietly on foot.
