Walk around the Zuidpolder

Put on your walking shoes and enjoy a nice walk through the Zuidpolder. The agricultural area, which is located between the built-up area of Barendrecht and the Oude Maas, is a wonderful area with lots of greenery and water to walk through! The Oude Maas runs from the Beneden-Merwede near Dordrecht, via Zwijndrecht and Spijkenisse, to Vlaardingen. You start at Pannenkoekenhuis Oude Maas, where you stop halfway through to rest and eat a pancake with a beautiful view over the Oude Maas. You look out at the shipping traffic from the terrace. Then it's time to hit the road again. You can enjoy a nice walk along the water. Flowering grassland and reed fields serve as a kind of backdrop for the landscape. Here you can really relax.
